One calendar for every client’s social content.
TryPost is a web based service for businesses and agencies that publish on social media. Write a post once, choose the accounts it goes to, set the format and the settings each network supports, and let TryPost publish it at the time you picked.
Accounts are issued by the operator, Cobi Hay Digital, to authorized businesses, agency teams and client accounts. Read the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
What TryPost does
The everyday work of a social media team, in one place: plan, review together, schedule, publish.
Plan on a calendar
See everything that is drafted, scheduled and published on a single calendar, so a whole month of activity is visible at once.
One post, many accounts
Write the post once, pick the accounts it goes to, and set what each network supports: the post format and the per network options.
Scheduled publishing
Pick a slot and TryPost publishes to the connected accounts for you, then reports back what succeeded and what failed.
Media in one library
Upload images, video and documents to the workspace library and reuse them across posts.
Review before it goes out
Keep a post as a draft, leave comments on it, and schedule it only once the people responsible for the account are happy with it.
Templates and analytics
Save recurring post structures as templates, and review the performance data the connected platforms report back.
Built for managing more than one client
Agencies and in house teams rarely run a single brand. In TryPost each client is a separate workspace, so nothing crosses over.
- Every client gets its own workspace with its own connected accounts, media and posts.
- Switch between clients from inside the app, without signing out.
- Give each teammate a role per workspace: admin, member or viewer.
- Invite a client to their own workspace only, with no access to the others.
Publishing to TikTok
Connect a TikTok account to a workspace and publish from the same calendar you use for the rest of your channels.
Video and photo posts
Upload the video or the photos to the workspace library, attach them to a post and send it to TikTok through the official Content Posting API.
The settings TikTok requires
Choose who can view the post, and declare commercial content, brand organic or branded content, before it is sent.
Scheduled, then confirmed
The post goes out at the slot you picked, and TryPost follows the upload status TikTok reports back so you know whether it landed.
Networks you can connect
Connect the accounts a workspace actually uses. Each one is linked through the platform’s own authorization screen and can be disconnected at any time.
